Site terms

Updated October 26, 2026. These terms describe this early-access information site. Product licence and purchase terms will be provided before software subscriptions or pre-orders open.

Development status

Tier 1 Hardpoints is the MVP in development. Historical demo counts and renders are examples, not proof that other parts pass. The 30-file launch evaluation is not verified. Replica and toolpaths remain in development. Dates are targets subject to validation, not delivery guarantees.

Email signup is not an order

Joining the list authorizes beta and launch emails, subject to the privacy notice. It does not take payment, reserve a founder place, activate a trial or create a subscription. You can request removal by emailing [email protected].

Prices and future purchase terms

Displayed prices describe the current planned offers in US dollars. No checkout is available here. Before any payment, we will show the applicable price, billing, delivery status, cancellation and refund terms. The planned Unfacet Founding Engineer License is 12 months of Unfacet Pro for $499. Renew at $999/year or $99/month, locked while continuously subscribed. If you cancel, the founder rate is not guaranteed on return. Tier 1 is included at launch; Tier 2 and Tier 3 automatically when released, with no dates promised. 30-Day Supported-Scan Guarantee: after first access, submit one scan meeting the published supported-file requirements. If Unfacet cannot produce usable Tier 1 hardpoint geometry after reasonable support, request a full refund within 30 days of first access (not pre-order). Access ends after a refund. Engineering judgment

Demo images, fitted features and development results are not a certification of dimensions, manufacturability or safety. Accuracy depends on the scan and part. Measure critical dimensions on the real part and independently verify CAD, CAM and machine code before manufacturing or use. Tier 1 is not a complete replica and does not generate CAM.

Files and ownership

This site does not accept scans. Do not send proprietary geometry by email to join the list. Future software users must have the right to process their own scans; upload and product licensing terms will be published before those services open.
